About me

I am a postdoctoral fellow funded by the German Research Foundation (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft; DFG) and based at the Department of Experimental Psychology of University College London. My research interests focus on understanding how the brain processes visual information and what are the mechanisms that regulate visual plasticity and reorganization. During my PhD research, I have investigated the ability of the visual cortex to reorganize following injury of the visual pathways. My current research explores the neural mechanisms that enable the visual cortex to adapt to changes in the visual environment at multiple timescales.

In this website you can find information about my research along with a list of publications and scientific presentations.
